The 3 Main Ways to

Fast, lasting Weight Gain Results

Introduction

If you follow the right plan anyone can gain weight - on average most people can gain about 10 lbs in 4 to 8 weeks.

Faster results are possible but only if you follow something like an intensive 30 day weight gain plan.

We've been helping people gain weight since 2001, using a number of different methods.

For example you could use products, like some of the examples below, focus on what you eat or spend time in the gym.

But the starting point has to be what you would like to achieve...

There are 3 main weight gain objectives :

  1. All Over Weight Gain

  2. Gaining weight (and shape) in the Gym

  3. Serious Muscle and Shape Building

Group A - All over weight gain

By far the majority of people who contact us just want to gain weight all over. They don't particularly want to spend hours in the gym. or lift weights at home - but just want to find a way in which they can "fill out" a bit.

If you just want to gain weight then there are 2 ways to achieve this:

  1. Eat the right foods at the right time

It's often just a few simple changes that can have dramatic results.

It is easy to select the wrong foods, or force yourself to eat large meals, when just a few minor changes could have helped you gain weight easily

The easiest way to find out what will help you get best results is to have a look at "healthy weight gain" manual - click here for details

  2. Adding weight gain products

Adding products designed to help you put on weight is by far the easiest way to get results.  You will probably have noticed there are hundreds, and hundreds, of different weight gain products available.

If you just want to put on weight then the key is to select products which will provide you with extra calories in a healthy way.  Ideally you need to add products which are complete 'meals' containing all the different ingredients (carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, etc.).  Avoid the protein based drinks as they simply won't work (except if you go to the gym - see below).

The only one we have found to get healthy lasting results is Herbalife (link below)

Success Story 1 :  Eduard Seibel - gained 15 kg *

"Since I started Herbalife, I've never been sick!"

I've been underweight since childhood.

My sister called me "skeleton on batteries". My parents tried to calm me down, saying I would put on weight when I stopped growing.

Since 16 I have weighed 62 kg, while my height was 182 cm.

When I went to the beach, I was ashamed to get undressed, and even when it was very hot, I wore jeans instead of shorts. My thin legs were killing me.

I like to play basketball, but I always had strong knee pain during the game and after.

I was always crunching my teeth in sleep, and Mum was afraid I would lose all of them. I was also losing my hair and was afraid to become bald while I was still young. I was sick 4-5 times a year. I started smoking when I was 12 and was smoking 2 packs a day.

I have been using Herbalife products since May 2004. I have not been sick even once, though people around me have. I gave up smoking very easily. My hair is thick and shining again. I don't crunch my teeth and my knees don't hurt any more.

What gives me most satisfaction is the fact that I have gained 15 kg during my first three months of using the products!

Success Story 2 : Aaron  gained  2 kg in the first month

Aaron was underweight, chronically tired and rundown.

"No matter what I did I could not gain weight," explained Aaron. "All I felt like doing every day after work was watching TV and falling asleep. I had no motivation!"

I started using the Herbalife gain weight products in January, taking Formula 1 and Protein Powder in soy milk 3 times daily, one after each meal. Within 2 days I felt like a different person, I had vitality and stamina"

"I have gained 13 kg and 25 cm of muscle mass, from January to March. I used to think that it was necessary to eat mainly high fat, high calorie and high carb foods if you wanted to gain weight. How wrong I was!"

Group B -  Gaining weight (and shape) in the Gym

Gaining weight through building muscle in the gym or at home is a very effective way to look fantastic.

However you will need to focus on your diet as well as using the right weight training plan.

There are 2 key items you will need to focus on -

  1. Use a Plan as Group A

Simple reason is that when you work with weights you will be building muscles.

Muscles will raise your metabolic rate (even when you are not training) and you will need to boost your calorie intake.

Which is why training without focussing on your diet - or adding products - simply won't work.  You will probably lose weight, not gain it!

  2. Training Plan

When you start your weight gaining plan most people will 'fill out' all over initially - but at some stage (how quickly varies from person to person) you need to think about how to make sure you get a nice shape. For example if you want to avoid having the extra weight appearing around your waist.

Especially for women the exercise you do (or how you train in the gym) is very important - you need to work with your natural body shape to make sure you gain it in the right place.

Success Story 3 : Monika Sidor

" World Of Fitness Modeling..."

"I have been following Vince's No-Nonsense Muscle Building Program for six months and have gained 10 pounds of muscle (I know this because my body fat percentage is… lower than when I started).

Did I mention I even entered the world of Fitness Modeling and did my first fitness model show. I placed 20th of 41 girls.

Not bad for an ex-skinny runway model!”
