Fake Gym Training Plans Revealed

Read this special article before starting any weight and muscle building plan

From the desk of Peter Djinsky

Wouldn't it be great to have your own personal trainer?

Helping you select the right bit of equipment, providing advice on how many weight you should be lifting and encouraging and helping you get the best possible results.

Instead many of us tend to order a gym weight gaining plan online, or in the shops, trusting that it will contain all the information we need. Advice on what to do and when, which bits of equipment to use and how we should change our plan as our muscles grow and get bigger.

Unfortunately many of the plans available online either are very generic, don't work or incomplete.  Having spent a lot of money I just got fed up with having to guess and persuaded the Cambridge Weight Gain Centre to buy most of the plans available online so that I (all in the interest of scientific comparison) could try them all and select the ones which worked.

For many, many years I have been keen to get a better look - I don't just want to put on weight I really want to build muscles and shape.  My gym is great in providing help but I just felt I could get even better results.

Comparing all the plans was a real eye opener ! Many of the plans :

  • Were very incomplete.

  • A lot required specialist equipment just not available in my gym

  • Some were just an advert for some of the largest weight gain drinks

  • A few just wouldn't work - especially if you are skinny like me

Based on my comparison I identified 3 plans which work. They are all slightly different and will help you get different results.

I rated all the plans on a number of criteria - the amount of details, cost, the amount of help available, how easy it is to use and probably the most important issue - the results achieved.

Based on this the first plan (the truth about building muscle) achieved the best results but do note that you need to find a plan you like. The advantage is that they all have a money back guarantee - hence you do have absolutely no risk (don't like it just ask for your money back)
