1 1/2 stone in first 3 months*
When I was introduced to Herbalife in
March 1998 my health was at an all time low. My weight had
fallen to 8 stone and 12 pounds, and with my height at 6’0” I was
about 2 stone under weight. This was due to putting myself
under pressure at work. We had a mortgage we couldn’t afford and
bills mounting up, I thought there was no alternative than to work
longer, harder hours.
My day would start at 5 a.m. with a
70-mile drive to work, my job as a delivery driver was paid per parcel
delivered, so I would fill the van to the roof and leave the depot like
Michael Schumacher. Getting in out of the van 100 times per day on
average was very tiring and strenuous. With no stops for meal
breaks (time was money), I would finish at around 6 p.m. and drive
the 70 miles home again to try and spend some time with my partner.
After 2 years of working 70+ hours per week and only eating one meal
a day during the week the outcome was inevitable and I became ill,
after fainting twice at work (luckily not driving) something had to
change.
We found Herbalife as a means of
earning more income to try and ease the number of hours we had to work
and try and regain control of our lives.
I started taking Formula’s 1, 2 and 3
immediately. The F1 could be taken in a shaker with fruit
juice in the van without stopping (time was still money).
Within the first 14 days I was feeling much better, with energy to
spare,
in the first 30 days I increased
my weight by half a stone. After 90 days of taking the
products my weight had increased to 10st 2lbs.
All I was
doing to increase my weight was having the F1 with cereal in the
morning, another large shake for lunch with F1 and Fruit Juice or milk,
and a regular evening meal with F1 for dessert usually in angel delight
or custard.
I have noticed a considerable change
in my health since using Herbalife – no more recurrent tonsillitis,
fewer headaches, better skin and lots more energy.
After our incredible results with the
products we increased our activity in distributing the products, and
four months after being introduced to Herbalife both my partner and I
were able to give up our full time jobs and focus on building our
Herbalife Business. Carol and I have the luxury of being healthy
and to be able to work from the comfort of our own home without the
pressures of an employer

Claire gained 20 lbs
I'm a house wife and mum of 2. As a young teenager, I had suffered
from Anorexia. When that was first treated, I had gone from being 5'9" and
90 pounds to 110 pounds. It still was not the ideal weight but it was a big
step for me.
Then I became pregnant with our daughter at the age of 19. My pregnant
weight was 98 pounds due to a relapse. But I was in treatment when I became
pregnant. My delivery weight was 164. After Jennifer was born I kept a very
nice figure of 125. I didn't diet, I learned to take care of myself.
Three and a half years later, Tommy was born. My delivery weight with him
was a whopping 263. After the birth however, I went down to a low 117. I had
severe post partum depression, and saw myself back in the state I was as a
teen and young adult. I also had no sexual desire.
I was treated again, and since I was also a smoker, that didn't help the
situation at all. It will be 2 years this August that I have been smoke
free. And since I have started using Herbalife, I have maintained the weight
I needed to. I went from being 117 back to 125, but it still wasn't the
ideal weight for a woman my height, but thanks to Herbalife I have stayed
within 135-140, and have been working out.

gained 10 kg
When I was 18, I
suddenly noticed that I became very tired easily. It was very
strange, as I had more than a normal rest: 16 hours out of 24. I couldn’t
imagine what was wrong. Then I got on a scale and saw that my weight had
dropped from 65 to 60 kg. My first thought was, “I don’t eat enough,
that’s why I am tired”. I started eating a lot, sometimes I ate so much
that it took me 15 minutes just to get away from the table. I constantly ate
a lot, and managed to gain 3 kg.
When I lost weight, I was very depressed: I didn’t want to go out, I
was easily irritated, was nervous all the time and devoured a lot of food.
But my weight continued to drop. In 18 months I went from 63 to 52 kg (and
my height is 170 cm). It was awful!
I looked like a ghost. I was permanently sleepy and during the first
part of the day could never concentrate. Even a small gust of wind took me
flowing like a balloon. I could not find a job: my looks made people shy
away from me.
But then I got lucky. I met Leon Galperin who told me about Herbalife
products. Not for a single moment was I doubtful about these products, as my
mother had used them some time ago and got wonderful results.
In the first three months I easily gained 10 kg, and the
following year – another 8 kg.
Today I feel fantastic. My weight is stable – 67-69 kg. I am very
energetic. But the main thing is that I am back to a normal life and
feel a full-fledged personality!
