Weight Gain Meal Planner
General
Advice:- Eat a balanced diet including carbs (bread,
potatoes, pasta etc), proteins (meat, fish etc), minerals and
vitamins( vegetables and fruit) to help build muscle fibre
rather gain fat from fatty/sugary snacks. Aim to gain weight
gradually and follow a programme consistently for 90 days.

Utilise a
nutrient enriched food e.g.
Formula 1
as an easy way
to consume additional calories. This "super food" contains
easily absorbed proteins (compared to steak for example),
complex carbohydrates which release energy gradually, dietary
fibre and and nutrients. Less
expensive than buying expensive cuts of meat, many packaged
