Absorption
For weight gain it's
not what you eat, but what you absorb that counts.
Negative nutrition affects your ability to absorb
nutrients from food. If you are not absorbing to the max then you
won't be getting the maximum benefit from the food you eat which will
slow down the amount you will gain. Absorption can be affected by many
factors:

2. Your energy balance
You
need to regularly take in more calories than you burn.

affects how much you use during the day. The rate varies between

Your daily activity
